        Debbie, Vicki and the rest of the team have been wonderful and very helpful throughout our tenancy. They are very approachable and made our lives easier. We really appreciate everything they did for us. The service is superb and never selfish even through pandemic they took care of us. Kudos!

        Halcyon have no idea of customer service. after a failure of the banisters on the main entrance to the building all we were told is "you may have to wait until after the weekend". When challenged with the fact that children and persons recovering from major surgery had to use the stairway, and it would be unsafe, they responded that we would just have to stay in our flats all weekend. When asking to speak to a manager we were refused , and left to deal this the junior clerk left in charge
