        Always efficient and friendly and never had an issue, however today they decided to close early which has caused a major inconvenience. Very few other alternatives in the area. Not really acceptable for a post office which the local community depend on.

        Trying to send my parcel at your knebworth branch, the post master Mohammad Mohsin Msah was extremely rude to me, he asked why I had not put the correct weight on the parcel, I explained that I have no way to weigh it at home and it didnt cost any extra despite the package being heavier (Im a regular poster and know this) he didnt like being told this and literally threw the parcel back at me, he said Im refusing to take it, I asked for his manager to which he replied he was the manager so I then asked for his manager and he hesitated before giving me complaints details, he knew he had made an error at this point. But I will take this further.
