Suggest avoiding this company but if you use insist that they sign a standard JCT contract right at the beginning. They promised job would take 12 16 weeks, but took more than 7 months. Contractors were sometimes not given A3 plans to work to. 2 skylights were mispositioned where 2 downlights were supposed to be and then Mars refused to refund us for 2 less downlights. They promised to install catflap at start of project we chased repeatedly but after 4 months gave up and got another company to do it. Plumber converted our hot water to immersion to run a test for a couple of weeks and then did not return for more than 3 months, ignoring all attempts to contact him. We were left on expensive immersion over winter and it was apparent that neither builder or plumber could care less. Plumber installed new boiler incorrectly causing the boiler to be on permanently over much of the summer, even though the heating was off. Builder and the plumber ignored our messages, no apology or compensation was received and we had to get another plumber to come and fix the problem. Thousands of pounds were added on unexpectedly at the end of the project. Rather than use an electrician, the builder fitted a lighting strip himself that didn't work properly and then refused to return to fix the problem. Aside from the plumber, the individual tradesmen were all nice guys and did a good job, but unfortunately the management of the company caused a large over-run, multiple bad problems, added on a large unexpected cost at the end and refused to return to fix problems they had caused. Services: Home extension services, Roof installation, Home renovations, Exterior painting, Flooring

Emailed twice with drawings as requested. No reply when asked to quote. I understand if team is busy but at least reply and say you can not fit it in. Disappointing.
