Reputable retailers offer great service normally but when things dont go right, they sort them. This clearly isnt one of those retailers. Having had flowers delivered that bore little resemblance to the website picture, the shop did nothing to resolve this, other than to state that the cost of flowers had gone up. Half of the flowers were also just buds so we got a partial display and when the others do flower, well have to extract the dead ones. I couldve got a better display from a petrol station and for the money, got another one next week, and again the week after, and the week after. You only get once chance with flowers bought for special occasions and in getting ready to create this review, I saw the complaint about messing up the funeral flowers. Wow. Just Wow. I assume Im going to get some patronising response but please save your time. A full refund would be the best outcome. Update following your worthless response: Nice try at making it sound like you have done what you can to resolve it but you didn't and sadly, you still have an unhappy customer and clearly, you don't care. I also made that crystal clear on our call. I've uploaded some pictures of the website and what you sent so others can judge. I hope you don't send buds to funerals. No one I have showed these to thinks they are in any way the same, even accounting for seasonal availability of some flowers. Worries me that you do. Other customers beware!

Such a beautiful flower shop and helpful owner. I ordered a button hole and corsage for my sons prom and they were just what I asked for. Just stunning and perfect! Even delivered my order to a time that suited which was fab! Thank you!!
