Dear coop, I was wondering if you've changed your opening hrs for your store in Knebworth to closing of 21:45? I only ask this as my work keeps me out generally late, and tonight I was looking forward to grabbing a dinner but your store was shut at quarter to 10 when I got there. All lights were on , no personall to be seen. Door shutters open. This not the first occasion and I wondering if its going to be a more regular occurance. I only ask as I will drive to tesco instead and request you change your advertised opening times online and on your store front. However if this is news to you, perhaps as I've brought this to your attention in the past, you could look into your staff's actions and remind them of their working hrs and duties. I greatly appreciate more accurate information on your opening hours going forward. Regards Hungry customer
