Took our car to Auto Tek for the first time. We went for a diagnostic check on our engine after a very bad experience at a dealership garage. They were thorough and carried out a comprehensive assessment. On collecting the car they explained the issue in detail (and language we could understand) and we were provided with written explaination and pictures with the details outlined. They were good value for the work carried out. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing company, took our Chevrolet Orlando to many different garages with a dpf problem (dpf light came on ,limp mode set in and would not run properly at all!) yet none of them could offer a fixable solution, apart from replacing the dpf for 2k upwards!! The team here did a fantastic job of fixing our car at a very reasonable price, and it has been running amazingly ever since. Wouldn't take our car anywhere else, 5 star company Service: Exhaust

I rarely write reviews, but Richard managed to rescue our Evoque in the nick of time. The exhaust DPF red light suddenly came on with the car then in "limp home" mode. Another garage looked at it but couldn't fix it, LR main dealer wanted c.2k to fit a new one. Instead Richard was able to diagnose the fault, repair the underlying problem and force the ECU to regenerate (i.e clean and fix) the DPF. Definitely recommended if you're having similar DPF woes. Richard done a great job on my Evoque, he went above and beyond what I expected, he took the time out of his day to explain the issues in full and the best way to fix it, I will be taking all my future service and repairs to him. Thanks - Louie
