Shout out for Colin and Norma at Fell View B&B Slaggyford From meeting us at the door with a towel for our drenched dog, to sending us off on our way full of breakfast with a pack-up, everything was great! Had a delicious meal in the very comfortable lounge, slept well in a great big bed, enjoyed a brilliant shower, even watched a Pennine Way based film in the evening. Moss was also super well catered for, with dog towels, bed, bowl, and jar of treats. The area has excellent walks, is just off the Pennine Way, and it's super easy to find red squirrels. It's also super good value, a bargain compared to some other places we stayed on the way. We split our walk Dufton to Garrigill (stayed at the village hall), Garrigill to Slaggyford, Slaggyford to Once Brewed which gave us a nice rest day without losing a day's walking. We've already recommended Colin and Norma to our friends and family, and if we're up this way again we'll definitely be stopping by. Great to meet you and thanks for your hospitality!
