        I have run Seat cars for over ten years but Harrogate no longer has a dealership. Vertu have taken over responsibility for Seat servicing and I recently took my Ateca in for treatment. Without doubt this is one of the best dealerships I have visited. Service reception was in excellent hands and Holly was friendly, efficient and good-humoured throughout. The service was completed very efficiently and the car returned thoroughly cleaned inside and out. The loan car was virtually new (600 miles on the clock) and came with a decent amount of fuel. Full marks throughout. Contrast this with subsequent contact with Seat dealers in Menston and York (there was a warranty issue that Vertu has no authority to deal with - note to VW Group why on earth not?). Neither can offer anything until mid-June and one of them tied me up in knots just trying to get someone to take a booking. Thanks and well done Holly and Vertu.

        I took my VW in for a fault fixing and was impressed by the professionalism shown. Just small things like the hire car and my own car being brought round to the door for me - but these things make a difference and leave a positive impression.

        Ive always found purchasing a car very stressful and not an enjoyable experience in the past as Ive always felt pressurised by pushy sales people. This garage is completely different from the moment I walked in I was really well looked after by Monica, she listened to me and what I was looking for and went through different options with me and made me feel at ease straight away and I felt I could trust her which I feel is important when purchasing something as expensive as a car. Im very happy with my car and can honestly say the whole experience went very smoothly and I didnt feel pressurised at all. I cannot recommend Monica and the rest of the team enough! Thank you very much from one very happy customer!
