My prescription was printed out on the 1st March. My wife went to collect it today, 13th March and surprise surprise, its not ready. Come back tomorrow after 4pm, we are short staffed. How short staffed do you need to be not to make up someone's medication in 12 days This is happening all the time, now, at this branch. Prescriptions are never ready, no matter how long you give them. We were handed back our prescription to try else where.

Low level, barely operational pharmacy. This branch is in need of an immediate review! Wait times are appalling, staff are clearly overwhelmed. My main concern is the standard of customer service (or lack thereof!) also mentioned in the 27 (!) other 1 star reviews. This degree of rudeness is INEXCUSABLE! Staff are inept and unprofessional. I was astounded how customers were spoken to; from simple inquiries about wait times and/or explaining certain needs about vulnerability. Arrogance and rudeness should not be tolerated in a customer facing environment, especially one which requires empathy and patience! Nor is it advisable or professional to reveal sensitive details of prescriptions in earshot of other customers. I have submitted a complaint to Lloyds Pharmacy HO.

Pretty shocking, really exactly 6 minutes before they came out of the back to ask what I wanted. It was only me there three ladies doing prescriptions through the Perspex screen so they could see me. I was standing there and wanted serving customer service zero

Never been anywhere with ruder staff. 10 days to make a percription and still not ready. If you don't like it they tell you you can fill in a complaint form. Absolutely rubbish. Customer service
