Oh god, where do I start??? Would give zero if was possible. Shocking, we had three years out of date smoke alarms, only discovered because mr my neighbour above had a leak that happened to run into where my smoke alarms is fitted. No apology. This is just one of many many problems!! Had to cancel standing order and do a transfer as a bribe to get things done, only way!! Wouldnt have time to list!!! Shocking

Fantastic service. Had to move quickly for work and everything was handled brilliantly by Sophie. All issues were dealt with pre move, queries were answered quickly and time lines were all adhered to. Issues post move have also been handled by Sophie. Glad I'm renting with Platinum, hope to stay for years.

I rented through Platinum for around 2 years. The staff were always friendly and helpful, I never had any problems and got my bond back quickly and with ease.

We have just finished a 6 year tenancy with Platinum and can only give the highest rating for our experience. Any problems (not that we had many) were dealt with swiftly and smoothly. Sophie was a joy to deal with and we would not hesitate to use Platinum again.
