BEWARE of insurance providers recommended garages! I'd give negative reviews if it were possible! My car was with this company for almost 2 months. I did not receive a curtsey car for the first month or so after following up with them and my insurance provider multiple times. My repairs were not done professionally. Multiple panels remained damaged after the repair was "complete" and some panels paint jobs looked rushed and had large drips on them. I told them it was not good enough and they kept my car for a further week. When I got it back, the car was still in more or less the exact same state except the panel I made a big deal about had been re-sprayed. After accepting the car back and realising I would have to finish the repairs myself (or remain without my car for another few weeks) I realised the tyres were also not taken care of making the so called finished repair illegal to drive. Not only that but the exhaust now rattles whenever the car is sitting idle causing ware to both the exhaust and the heat shielding. I have since had to have an additional 2 panels re-sprayed, 2 tyres re-seated, my exhaust will need altering as it now rattles and I've had to buy 2 new fender badges as the original 2 have disappeared. I can only wonder whether during the time they had my car, whether they may have been renting it out and perhaps a mechanic fancied himself a couple of M Performance badge keyrings. Spoken with a few other customers and apparently it's not just the Sheffield branch that take their customers for a ride. The reception was lovely at least... I assume she's been trained in deescalation due to their appalling reputation
