        Used the sunbed. Only had a few sessions before a holiday to Rhodes to get a base tan, it stops me from burning or getting heat rash. Worked wonders. Brilliant place starting gym on return from hol's.

        Just completed my first months membership and have renewed for another going forward. Great gym, has everything you'd need to improve your overall fitness. I work nights so I'm lucky that when I go its really quiet. Never had to wait to use any of the equipment. Always some one on hand to offer advice and assistance should you require any. Overall a clean, efficient well run gym.
