F1 Authentics: I don't recommend buying there. What I ordered: A square of the chequered flag of the Italian Grand Prix. I wanted the names of me and my parents printed onto the flag. So three lines of names in total. Paid 270 for it (350 with customs service since UK isn't part of the EU anymore). What I got: A square of the flag and printed onto it my name and surname. So basically a complete different item. They not only messed up the number of lines, but also ignored the initial order. And I even double checked the names with an employee back in July '22 and F1 Authentics confirmed to me, that three names in three lines were printed onto the flag. They offered me another square of another flag as an "goodwill gesture". Yeah. No. They didn't even get my first order right, so why would I want another product of the same kind? Update: I was offered a full refund and informed that it could take up to 14 days. After 14 days I received the notification of a full refund, so it's a case closed for me.

Terrible customer service having been ghosted for months on my order from ufc collectibles and then finding out the item wasn't even available to ship, would highly recommend avoiding this headache.
