I ordered grass seed and fertiliser with next day delivery. DHL tracking showed the delivery would be between 9.30 and 10.30 the next morning, then it changes to delivery will be a day late then again to "items not collected form supplier" I sent a message via the contact form and left a message on their answer machine - no person available to pick up the phone apparently - asking when my order will be delivered as the tracking log is impossible to make sense of. Still waiting for a reply - very poor customer service. I still don't know when my order will be delivered. I will not use this company again

I ordered 20kg of grass seed and payed using PayPal. What I didnt notice until the next day, was I hadnt change my address on my account. The delivery was to Jersey. I called Boston grass seed and spoke to a lady, and she told me they would recall the package. The very next day I received an email to say it was being delivered that afternoon. I cant fault this company. Their service was brilliant. Will be ordering my fertiliser from them. ME.

We had ordered two lots of grass seed and fertiliser earlier this year which successfully grew and so decided to order 10kg of mixed daffodils recently. Inevitably we found a few squishy bulbs during planting out 300 bulbs. Immediately after letting Boston Seeds know, within 24 hours and without any quibble they dispatched more than twice the "faulty" quantity. Very generous and excellent service and would recommend and use Boston again.

Exceptional service, I had two separate orders, one arrived the next day and the other was to arrive later than I had hoped, I contacted the office and Jenna responded immediately, looked at what they could do, kept in contact throughout and managed to get our second order to us in plenty of time. Thank you all at Boston Seed
