        Jack had been told that we had a vulnerable person living in our rental property and he completely went above and beyond to get the boiler replaced in double-quick time so that our tenant wasn't without hot water for longer than absolutely necessary. When he saw that there was a roof leak that had caused the previous boiler to fail, and it could do the same to the new one, he contacted a friend of his who came out the same day to give us a quote to repair the roof, and that friend fixed the roof the very next day. Jack is an absolute star! Price was reasonable, but the service was tremendous. Thank you so much, Jack. Service: Heating system maintenance
