Lincolnshire Pet Crematorium

After moving to Holbeach on the Friday from outside the area and faced with a very sick Rosie on Sat afternoon and losing her suddenly at home on the Monday Morning in the early hours. We were faced with finding a crematorium for her. We found this wonderful place, I cannot recommend them highly enough. We were treated with dignity and Rosie was.carried through with suchcare. We will definitely use them again when the the time comes.

The service we recieved on a Sunday lunchtime was excellent. Great care attention and dignity given to our beloved labrador Tilly. We had previously used Greenacres sadly no weekend service or answer phone. So impressed with Lincoln Pet Crematorium. The gentleman Steve was so caring and kind.

Had my cat Dotty cremated, heartbroken was an understatement on this day. I paid between 400/500 pounds on items to remember my beloved cat by, one being a Sterling silver necklace and heart shaped pendant. At time of sale, was told both were sterling silver, costing 90 /100 pounds! 15 months later everything has gone rusty, nasty looking cheap tat. I have been trying since April to get a full refund, and have a proper one made at a jewellers. The trouble I am having is unbelievable, they just dont want to know. Sad really, as I have used this pet crematorium on many occasions before, and have had nothing but praise for them. However, on this occasion I was misold a very very sentimental item of jewellery, which in fact is not sterling silver at all. And, trying to get a refund- well they just dont want to know, are not interested. Yet me, 15 months later still heartbroken at loosing Dotty , feeling justice has/is not done.

Thankyou for your compassionate and swift service after the recent loss of our 15 year old cat, Misty. She represents the fourth pet loss for my family and I would never entrust any other company with my animals.

I am delighted with the service I received, it couldn't have gone better and the casket is befitting for a wonderful friend and companion.
