        Very disappointed. Staff were quite rude and obstructive. Would not return mums unused sanitary wear after her 3 weeks respite. Door shut and locked in my face when I asked for them! Feel there is a culture of staff covering each others backs when family had questions or queries. Mum had another residents underwear on, her own were clearly labelled. Medication found on mums lap! Overall I found the staff very unhelpful and definitely did not like family asking question.why?????
