Im very dissapointed about Thea's "work". Actualy she is doing something, till you get paid to her. I paid her money in advance, becouse i trusted her. After my payment she stoped, her work. Cant reach her for a weeks. Lost oportunity to buy good price house. Her advice to me ,was to wait a 6 months and try again. But like you all know, now mortgage rates goes up, and it not so good as it was before. I tryed to ask her, to refund me, half paid money, for her "services" (or waisting my time, and money) but she didnt. Be careful and try to find something else, not this.. Good luck P.S. Please dont lie that you dont know me. I was (and actualy am), your client. Just dont want to see you after what you did... Katy & Thea were both such big helps when it came to getting our mortgage. So easy to work with and to talk to, would definitely use them again when it comes to selling our house & buying another.
