So about November last year I asked this company were they in financial trouble as I contact of mine said they were, they became really difficult to deal with and in December I had a non fault accident. It took the recovery garage 8 weeks to get hold of someone to talk about a repair , been told today my car still not been repaired as bailiffs came to the garage today to pick the car up. Tried emailing bounces back and number no longer exist. So now I'm liable for the costs of recovery and storage plus insurance 750 which usually covered by over side. Thanks XL now out of pocket nearly 4k. Never mind the 3 years of business they've had , even though they kept increasing prices every other month and blaming COVID
