    UPDATE FEB 2023 Since they did a good job for our house move deep clean in OCT '22 we decided to use for regular cleaning at our new home but unfortunately our experience was not good >Firstly can only be contacted by email/text doesnt pick up the phone or call you back despite saying they would. >Talks about departments and supervisors like they are a large company when it is just a small family run business, this kind of bloating is unnecessary. >Made arrangements via text but then kept changing the day / time due to unforeseen circumstances and without suitable notice, this happened twice before they even started. >Cleaners turned up with no idea of what they were supposed to be doing despite this being discussed in detail via text. >Cleaners admitted they had the wrong equipment so were unable to do most the things we arranged like mop the floors properly. >Cleaning was OK but missed loads of obvious things that should have been done. >We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and have a specific list for when they next arrive but the night before we had to ask if they were still coming and got a text back to say something else has happened can they come tomorrow (if we didn't reach out first they probably wouldn't have contacted us), we had no choice but to agree. >The next day 15 mins before they were due to arrive they postponed again for another week. >We decided to permanently cancel as we needed someone reliable, we understand that things happen and we have been accommodating but feel it has not been handled correctly. >We fed this back politely and in a professional manner however the replies were unprofessional and with a list of excuses. Constructive feedback should be embraced to improve your service rather than blame the customer for highlighting flaws; they have missed a learning opportunity as the responses to our feedback suggest head burying in the sand. Unfortunately we can no longer recommend. Service: Standard cleaning

    Dannii, Will and her team have been cleaning the house for almost 2 years since we moved into the area.1st was a deep clean and regular maintaining cleans thereafter. Some cleans have been postponed due to being let down at short notice by her team, but we are not local and I've also had to postpone. Dannii has always kept me upto date, so do find it difficult to read other reviews stating the opposite. It is a 2 way business relationship and I've always had a reply to any messages within the hour of sending it. My house is large and usually 2 ladies clean and very professional, polite and thorough. I would recommend Manor Housekeeping Services for anyone wanting a lovely clean home at a great price. Thank-you Dannii, Will and team. Services: Deep clean, Office & workplace cleaning, Standard cleaning

    We were let down twice; once last Christmas and now today. They didn't tell us a time, said they'd message when they got here but then turned up without messaging first. We were 10 minutes away on Christmas errands, apparently this was too long to wait (even though they said they'd let us know when they were en route). If you want reliability, go elsewhere. Wish I could comment on the cleaning, but we've never managed to get that far Service: Standard cleaning
