If I could give this product 0 stars I would. Terrible quality and not fit for purpose. Their marketing claims their sealant 'will stand up to the wear and tear of a busy kitchen or active family' and is 'extreme resistance to acids, oils and alkaline'. This is absolutely not the case, as you can see from the pictures. Oil has seeped into the worktop around the hob and placing a wooden chopping board down on the worktop has left countless ugly scratches and marks - and this is after just one year. I was expecting this to 'patina' (as described by Lowinfo in their pre-sales spiel), but in fact it just looks a mess. What has been worse is Lowinfo's flat refusal of any sort of acceptance of fault or solution to the inadequacy of their product. After 2-3 months of chasing for just a response from the emails I sent I finally got through to a guy called Tom who placed the blame firmly on our shoulders - a default response to the same issue I imagine. We've followed their usage guidelines to the letter and done nothing more than use the worktop as it should be - a preparation area for food. This product is not fit for purpose and the customer service is even less fit for purpose. Avoid this company! They are cowboys.
