John and the team at Fascia Rite have been excellent throughout. John turned up to quote when he said he would and was the most thorough of all the tradesmen who quoted. The work was carried out on the agreed date without any hassle. The team were friendly and polite and tidied up after themselves. As sometimes happens when old tiles are removed, a couple of unexpected issues came up. John took the time to talk me through them and show me photos and we agreed on the extra work. John came round to measure up with a view to providing a quote to replace the facias and soffits on the house and garage. A very friendly and knowledgeable guy who filled us with confidence that the company would do a great job. Come the installation and a couple of teams turned up to complete the job. The team kept us up to date with progress as well as alerting us to any concerns found. The work was completed to a very high standard and has completely changed the appearance of the house which we are very pleased about. Wouldnt hesitate to get this company in to do any future work or recommend them to anyone else.

We are very happy with our new roof, the excellent work by John and his team. This a family business with integrity. Their communication during bidding process and the working days was very good, he explained thoroughly. They were exactly on schedule and complete. They cleaned everything up every day. They took me up on the roof and showed me exactly what they were doing. It looks very good as far as I can tell. They were generous and professional. Still waiting from last year for them to correct the work they failed to do properly the first time. Although, they did send someone down to sort it out, but...... He had no ladders. I've spoken to the owner but he's had not one but 2 bouts of memory loss. Twice now I've missed out at my work and lost money waiting for them to arrive, not even a phone call. Thanks facia rite. I was going to ask you for a full width extension to my conservatory with a warm roof and 2 velux windows. Your loss.....
