Terrible quality, paint is falling off from the furniture just after a touch. Half of the parts arrived damaged. Replacement part arrived damaged also.

Shocking quality. Ordered a 3 piece set from a baby show stand several months before due date. They had my due date but still sent it a month before. All 3 items damaged. Very poor quality control and workmanship. As it was so late I cba sending it back and was offered a 25% refund. 10 months on the obaby mattress is stained from the cot slates. The quality is beyond shocking for baby products.

Not a erious business limited telephone support hours. Wrong instructions provided in box, website refers lost instrctions to create support ticket, managed to find a phone number to try call for an urgent response and only available mon-fri until 4pm and fri to 1pm.

Hi I am posting a review in hope that I will get an answer from customer Services I placed my order on 10th July and have not received my items I contacted obaby last month and was told delivery should be arriving with them on 24th July and will be delivered to customer after few days I have emailed three times this week but no reply at all What kind of a company are you ?? Is this what you call customer Services ?? I paid for two baby cots and don't know if my order will arrive or not and if my money will be refunded because no one is Answering
