Tonight was the final straw for this place. At 5pm on a Thur waiting 25mins for food, and then finding out when we got home that the food was not upto stanard. Chicken was overcooked in kebab, also no nann and very salty, fish was so small, peas were too sweet =22, sorry, not on. Witnessing also how the owner talks to his staff, the phone constantly going for orders and then forgetting his existing standing customers. One chap asked how long his order will be, 10mins he was told. He went to other shops, came back, and all i witnessed was the owner answering the phone in that time. That guy had to wait like me for a further 20mins. Totally not on! You can talk the talk, but in this case you can not walk the walk! Greed comes to mind! Greed can kill a business of its regular customers! Have you thought of online ordering, have another assistant deal with online orders only!
