Right from the start I was impressed with these guys. Kevin came to see me after my initial enquiry, he clearly understood the type of cooling we required and the system that was needed. A competitive and complete quote was provided which allowed for an informed decision. Once a date was agreed the engineers (Gary & Liam) turned up spot on the agreed time, they were both polite and despite the installation process being by nature intrusive, kept disturbance to a minimum and even cleaned up after themselves each evening. Once installation was complete Gary ran through the controls with us before leaving the operating manual. It's a quick thumbs up for Kelly at 'mission control' too, for bearing with me, answering my queries and pointing me in the right direction. I can't recommend these guys enough, they are a first class team.

Top quality from start to finish. The advice we received from Kevin when quoting was great on different options, and we are very glad we followed the advice. The price was more than fair, if anything a little cheaper than expected for the quality of system installed. On the install day the team arrived early, talked us through everything that was going to happen and got cracking. The attention to detail was superb, everything was covered up, shoes were covered when walking on carpeted areas and you would not even know they had been here once they had finished. The engineers are a credit to the business. The system works as discussed, with if anything even more features than expected. We will be back. Thanks again.

Excellent service from first contacting Climate Control to the actual install in a domestic property. Communication throughout was very good and the fitting team were extremely professional with the work having the minimum of disturbance and every thing was left clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Climate Control for any air conditioning installation.
