I highly recommend Rosy for support with your babys sleep. We were struggling with 1-3 hourly night wakings with our 1 year old daughter and she was completely dependent on breast feeding to go to sleep. Within a short period of time of following Rosys gentle routine and advice we saw a dramatic improvement and she soon started sleeping through the night, which was life changing after months of sleepless nights. Rosy was very understanding and in touch daily with helpful tips and subtle changes. We are really grateful for all her help.

Working with Rosy was fantastic. It was so helpful to have someone to check in with any time we met a problem and to not have to google strategies or problem solve on our own. It really gave us the headspace to think about other things and more importantly the strategies she advised actually worked, with some patience but they worked. We've gone from waking 2 to 3 times a night to our son sleeping through the night from 7pm until at least 5 or 6am. She also helped us night wean and to teach our son to fall asleep independently. No more split nights or stressful bedtimes, and made it so much easier to go back to work. Would highly recommend her support!

We are so glad we made the decision to contact Rosy and seek her support! We were having huge difficulties with our 18 month old's sleep - bedtime battles, frequent night wakes and an over-reliance on milk feeds throughout the night (in a desperate attempt to stop his screaming!) We've now got to a stage where our little one actually wants to go to bed and will point to his cot to let us know he's ready to go to sleep. Rosy is very knowledgeable and her guidance is clearly based on sound scientific fact, but more importantly, she is kind and supportive and takes the time to really understand your individual issues and concerns. Her approach is gentle and she will only give advice which feels right for you and your little one. What's more, Rosy has given us the confidence to deal with any future sleep problems which may come our way. We've been through a tricky patch of illness recently but we were able to get back on track with our son's sleep quickly, efficiently and with confidence. Rosy is wonderful and we would absolutely recommend her. Thank you so much Rosy!

Working with Rosy has been truly life changing. Before I'd met her, I wasn't in a happy place as exhaustion took its toll on me. My baby girl was sleeping in my bed and waking up countless times a night. On a successful night I would get 2-3 hours of sleep. Thanks to Rosy's expertise and sustained support, my baby now only sleeps in her cot and wakes up a lot less frequently (we actually have many nights where she only wakes up once for a feed). I have finally started to feel human again and enjoy my maternity leave. I couldn't recommend Rosy enough, she's a lovely lady, very passionate about what she does and implicitly very good at her job. Rosys guidance totally changed our babys sleep. In the evenings putting our little one was taking us around 2h (there have been nights where it was even 4h as she kept waking up all the time). Our nights were equally difficult, she was waking up every 2h and at times even every hour. Rosy s approach was to follow our babys natural rhythm and figure out what she needs. Thanks to her suggestions, our babys sleep and therefore many aspects of our lives have easily transformed to a very positive experience. Talking to Rosy also eased the way I was approaching our daughters sleep and we naturally settled into a lovely rhythm for both her naps as well as her night sleep. I loved how Rosy guided us to find our natural way and away from misguided sleep suggestions that as first time parents we kept reading online. Thanks to her, bed time is no longer a frustrating time for us and our little one gets the sleep she needs. Rosy also kindly kept offering her guidance as our daughters needs changed over time. We are very grateful!
