        We hired Fiona and her team to provide catering at our wedding reception and couldn't be happier with the food and service they provided. We were really impressed when we first met Fiona to discuss the bespoke menu and timings for the day so had high expectations on the day, our expectations were surpassed in every way, with all our guests amazed at the quality of food, the level of service and attention to detail all the staff provided throughout the day. The food and drink was the focal point of our reception so we were really happy when Fiona's team delivered it with ease whilst making everyone feel relaxed and at home in our garden. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer and thanks again to Fiona, Jayne, Scott and the rest of the team!

        I highly recommend FHC after using them for an 80th birthday party at my parents' home. From start to finish the service was highly professional, thoughtful and friendly. Planning for the event was exceptional and we had outstanding service from the whole team on the day. The quality and choice of food was excellent. A guest at the event has made a booking for their own event, which really speaks for itself as an endorsement. Thank you to Fiona, Jayne, Pearl and crew for making the day truly memorable.

The food, service, and overall experience with Fiona and her team was exceptional, and we couldn't have been happier with the overall journey and result. We would certainly not only use them again, but recommend to anyone hosting an event.
