I have suffered with IBS for many years and have relied on daily antacids and restrictive diets, which did little to help. Since having a baby in the last couple of years I have unfortunately suffered with a lot of health issues, including reflux, postpartum thyroiditis, frequent infections and anxiety. Although the GPs have tried their best to help, my 'normal' blood test results and their lack of time to really look into things meant I hit a brick wall and decided to look for other ways to get help. That's when I came across Frances at Resolve Nutrition and I am so glad I did. Frances listens thoroughly and is so knowledgable about my symptoms and possible causes. By focusing on an individual diet, lifestyle and supplement plan, I have started seeing improvements to symptoms I have had for years, which is amazing. Frances has also been extremely patient given the complexity of my issues and has been in contact frequently between consultations and provides so much support.
