Staff are absolutely fantastic they go above and beyond but the agency staff are terrible and management seem to look after them more than the permanent staff who actually care for residents . Management should look after the great staff they have and work on there morale my father loves his carers and hates the agency who come in and have no clue. louis is amazing he gets 5 stars from me an dmore importantly my dad

Look after my wife's aunt , clean tidy staff helpful where possible

I can't praise this place highly enough The care my husband received before he died was outstanding. I really can't fault anything .The nursing staff were so kind and caring; the carers were so kind and gentle with him; the cleaning staff were very thorough and the management were very efficient in responding to any queries. He could not have been in better hands and I'm so grateful to everybody. Thank you for looking after him so well.
