        This is a sheltered accommodation that is dated, the rooms are small and there is no full time manager on site only part time.

        Avoid! A whole year later still have a huge damp problem and nothing has been done at all despite being promised on a number of occasions that someone will be out to sort it! My 12 week old bedroom furniture has thick green mould all over the back of it, my flooring is ruined and a number of clothing had had to be binned along with my health suffering! They don't compensate for losses and basically forget your complaint as rent is their number one priority!
