        Lovely staff, friendly and jolly. Big shout out to the security guard/porter who took great care of my husband who has Alzheimers and our dog while I was waiting and being seen. Thank you also to Dr Alex and reception staff in urgent treatment centre again for looking after all of us, really appreciated.

        Its a modern hospital with an open space atmosphere. The reception desks are near the entrance. There is a very nice cafe to enjoy a cup of something and nice cake.

        I wish I could leave no stars. We where sent here by 111 with my wife who was experiencing extreme crippling pain in her hands. We waited 3 hours 40mins to be seen by the rudest most patronising arrogant nurse practitioner who was instantly not interested in helping my wife she didnt even examine her and when I challenged her she had us removed from the hospital.

        Unnecessarily rude staff/nurses, other than one blonde lady with glasses at reception. Waiting times are long but thats the norm.
