Not questioning the quality of John's tiling. However... After John suggested adding a "tile skirt" to a balcony job, to which we agreed, it was then impossible to get John to return and finish what he started. This was despite 30+ texts and multiple calls, over 7 months, with him saying that he'd come and finish the work but never did. When the bad weather arrived in Autumn, the lack of a finished edge and completed skirt caused a leak in our kitchen. John said he'd finish the job, but would "have to" charge a full day for half a day's work. With this being refused, due to damage caused by his tardiness, he said he'd come at the weekend. Weekend arrived, and we shouldn't have been surprised, but no John. After calling and texting multiple times he simply didn't respond and went silent. Fortunately we managed to find Paul Jackson @ Wyre Expert Tiling who responded quickly, came when he said and did a brilliant job. So do yourself a favour and get someone reliable and who deals with customers professionally. Service: Tile work installation
