        The booking of these taxis is an absolute mess. The operators cannot even book in a time correctly. Knowing how unreliable they are I even added time on the journey as drivers get dispatched 2 minutes before they are meant to be at a pick up 10 minutes away. This time was an absolute corker as they booked the time an hour later than needed which is really helpful for appointments. Now the journey has still had to be taken with a risk of not being able to even be see the person the appointment is with. I use them as little as possible now because of all the issues we have had. Not once in the last few years has a taxi turned up at the time it has been booked for.
