        First time Kyaking and it was the best experience! Annie told us everything we had to know and taught us a few different skills along the way, we hadn't brought waterproof coats so she supplied us with waterproof coats so our arms didn't get wet too ( we were very greatful!) We got plenty of time out on the water to explore everything we needed to. It was incredibly tranquil and relaxing. 100% recommend booking an experience with Annie. I can't wait to book on for my next adventure!

        Had a lovely day with Annie of Attitude Swim Coaching on a Swim Hike to Gurnal Dubs. A gentle walk up the hill then a fabulous swim at Gurnal Dubs. A relaxing day with good company. Came home totally chilled.
