        Took a letter for Special Delivery for a friend. The address was on right side of envelope. Guy wouldnt send it as he said it wasnt in right place and I could buy another envelope and make it right. I took to 3 other Post Offices to check it out all WOULD post. Customer service.. RUBBISH

        Staff there are lovely and very helpful, but what isn't helpful is the Post Office website saying they provide Driving Licence renewal there, when the equipment provided to the staff doesn't work. Head Office, get your heads out of the sand and listen to your staff and customers!

        Don't bother with 24 HR delivery.48hrs and it still isn't delivered. This is not acceptable.
