Bought a new house and Nolan Hardman were employed by the house builder to carry out various jobs. They installed the central heating system in my house and I discovered that when the wind gusted my boiler blew out and my kitchen smelt strongly of gas. I called Nolan Hardman who told me this could not happen and showed little interest. I called gas safe and cadent turned up and confirmed there was gas in the kitchen. Nolan hardman then turned up and asked me why I had called Gas safe! They were told by the housebuilder to install a plume kit to prevent this happening again, which they did not do. The next problem was issues with the guttering they fitted. It was fitted totally wrongly and in the end after they denied this I contacted marley who made the roof system who confirmed Nolan Hardman had installed it wrongly and this would result in water ingressing the brickwork so they reluctantly had to come and put it right. Would not recommend or use again.
