Whitworth Pharmacy

Been using this chemist for years. Today went to collect a repeat prescription which they received from gp as normal but they had only just got it. I asked for one tablet which is important but they had none had to order it and was told it would be delivered later on today... Well it wasn't and now they are closed until Monday. So medication that has to be taken every day is going to be missed over the weekend... not good service

Id give no stars if I could. The lady who answers the phone has had my dad in tears twice. I complained about this the first time. My dad was spoken to like a piece of dirt. Hes nearly 80 and gets confused. Im told its a lady called Jenny. She put the phone down on him. He rings back and no answer. What sort of people do you employ here?????

Poor customer service from some of the staff. Very unfriendly and clearly unhappy in the job. Not a nice experience at all.

Im shocked this place only has 2 1/2 stars Ive been getting my twins prescription from here for years now! Never had an issue - mine is also always on time. Disabled access is needed but saying this, the staff have helped me lift my boys wheelchairs in and out - never a bother for them! Or I will wait in the car outside and they run them out! They are under a lot of pressure dealing with medication and I wish I knew the names of the staff Ive dealt with because they have always been so kind and helpfulMy little girls raids the toy shelves every time and its no bother to the staff, they dont frown at her! I feel comfortable approaching them with any worries and they deserve more then 2 1/2 stars because Ive watched them work hard to supply the locals with medicine needed - They can only put in the bag what the doctor says. They never stop, busy chemist and for that 5 stars to all the staff, not forgetting the delivery driver for all the hard work all year round! XxxX
