I was very hesitant in walking into my first boxing gym but quickly felt comfortable with Adam and his happy welcoming. I told Adam I wanted to get fitter and learn something new, we started of with stance, hands up and basic punches. Our second session we went over the previous bits quickly then moved on and added some more blocking and combination punches and ended on doing a bit of circuit training. Im already feeling happier within myself and always looking forward to our next session. Adams also fantastic with my little boy who throws a few punches when hes in the gym too. I 100% recommended anyone whos wanting to either learn a bit of boxing or just generally get fitter to see Adam.

My little girl just done a 1 on 1 with Adam he,s good with kids the enthusiasm and encouragement is A1, she trains other sports and boxing is to assist her performance Thanks Adam see you next week

Ive been using for Adam for over 3 years now and love going training. Whether it be boxing training, fitness, circuits, strength its all good and youre actually being trained by an active professional sportsman. Ive always recommended Adam if anyone is looking for a PT because quite simply, hes kept someone like me coming back for over 3 years - so he must be doing something right.

Ive been having PT with Adam for a couple of years now. His boxing and general fitness knowledge is fantastic. Every session is different which keeps me interested and wanting to come back for more. I would highly recommend giving Adam a shout if youre looking to improve your fitness.
