I hadn't been for a few years so was expecting to wait for an appointment. I went in and was seen there and then. I cannot fault the service I was given. I was assisted with the choice of frame and the difference with the lenses. A week later I have my new glasses and I'm very happy. I never thought I'd have to get used to varifocals! Thank you

Truly awful service and entirely unprofessional. They were seemingly in dispute with the glasses provider but did not keep me informed and took it out on me: hung up on me twice when I politely sought info about my order (which were 5+ weeks late), did not actually give me the results of my eye test on the day (until I asked) and then refused to fit or adjust the glasses when they finally arrived because 'they don't want anything to do with them'. Absolute disgrace.

Amazing service. Staff always polite, helpful and go that extra mile. My daughter needed a specific test done on her eyes and our if all the opticians in Preston, Blackpool and Kirkham these guys were the only ones that knew what the test was.
