So please with this nursery. Our daughter Bobbie absolutely loves it. The ladies that work there really do seem to love the kids. They dont send kids home on a whim. The surroundings are fantastic and very safe as theyre always taking the kids out and about. So glad we managed to get Bobbie in. Thank you so much for everything

My overall experience with Ribby hall Nursery and pre school has been wonderful. I have had both of my girls attend here and they have both loved every minute of it. The staff are brilliant with the children and really helped to get my eldest ready for primary school I really would reccomend Ribby Hall to anyone.

My 2 year has been at Ribby Tots since last November and she loves it! The staff are extremely thorough and approachable, the children have so many opportunities including swimming and drama classes. Learning experiences are supported by trips to the onsite small zoo, soft play area and village gardens to name a few! With lunches being cooked from scratch by the Chefs at Ribby Hall Village, I couldn't ask for a better nursery.

Really not happy with Ribby Tots (Nursery and Pre School). Pulled daughter out after just a few months for a multitude of different reasons, many of which we never had chance to discuss with the manager as she never bothered to return our numerous calls. When we did speak with her whilst still there she brought a suited and booted support in with her who never introduced herself and kept interrupting the conversation I tried to have. Very heavy handed and aggressive approach. The atmosphere within this very swish new build is unfriendly and very corporate. Looks great from the outside but looks are only skin deep. Simple things missing likes names pegs for the children. Notice boards. Children displays of work. Regular notes/letters home practically non existent. Very strange goings on with regards drama group and children who hadnt signed up taking part anyway. No actual answer given from management who instead asked us if we required funding. No, we just decided against that activity. Why do you assume we cant afford it? Out daughter was then isolated in the baby room and singled out because we picked up on it. She came home upset. With regards the educational value. We saw very little work come home. We had very few updates on day to day progress. It took several months to give us access to the online diary that was rarely filled in anyway. The assessment of our child? They asked us to do this ourselves based on the early years scheme. Good job Im a teacher and can assess accurately isnt it? So glad we pulled her out and couldnt recommend this nursery and pre school in the current form. Needs a real overhaul in management, staff morale, planning and atmosphere. Do not be fooled by the shiny new build. Would have preferred to discuss with the manager but like I say, she wont return our calls. Wonder why.
