        Worked here for a year now. First time working in the community as caring and was slightly worried over timing with rotas and time to care for service users. Am glad to say all has worked out far better then expected. Such a rewarding job in caring for the elderly and vulnerable. And again am lucky in how managment treat their staff with respect and the service users. Hope to be working here for many years
