Having had a bad fall and suffering horrible back pain, I saw Alex for an aromatouch massage and energy balance, which was deeply relaxing and worked wonders! Alex also advised me on using natural remedies to alleviate pain and inflammation and I am really impressed. I am a repeat client and would highly recommend! I now see Alex around every 4 weeks as this also helps with my mental wellbeing as well as any aches n pains accrued through running and fitness.
