I called yesterday for a quote for funeral flowers for my brother and for ease asked the name of the person I was speaking to, it's hard enough explaining this once. Whoever took the call refused to do this and in my opinion, her manner could've been better. I did call back to explain why I wanted her name, but would like to know from the owner if this is policy.
