Absolutely outstanding customer service! stunned by how they went above and beyond. I was unable to get my dimmer switch working and they sent me a replacement module next day free of charge even though I was out of my return window from purchasing from a third-party seller(!). Very quick replies, apologetic and motivated to help me. Some of the best customer service I've seen in 15+ years of online shopping.
