        YES AVOID... staff are rude and unhelpful, rang up for a quote to get an expensive duvet and coat dry cleaned, and was hung up on, tried calling back and they refuse to answer... who runs a business that way!!!

        AVOID - Got a quote and written on ticket 9.50 to clean a sleeping bag and cover, then went to collect and they wanted an extra 5 cos they washed them seperately. As I said AVOID
