We first met James last winter when we moved into our new house and realised the boiler was not working. He replaced it with a brand new one within days. Clean worker, does what he says he will do, answers his phone and keeps you up to date with whats going on. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend James to anyone looking for a reliable tradesman.

Fitted new boiler - very professionally fitted and done timely minimising the period without any heating. Also quick response to a leaking pipe. All staff professional, respectful of property, communicated well and quote was spot on. No hesitation in recommending James and team.

James came out to assess my boiler after 10 days of being cold, not hot water and, let down by two other engineers. He quickly saw the problem and, despite attempts plus parts from previous engineers, could see it was all in vain. James and colleague Chris came out the following day, a Sunday, to put in a new boiler. A very good price and extremely good service. Lots of care taken. They don't leave you stranded. I thoroughly recommend James. I'll be passing his details on to friends.

James came out at short notice and throughly inspected the broken boiler. We found James to be honest and upfront about the parts required and the costs. Definitely recommend.
