        Martin and his small team performed miracles installing new made to measure sash and casement windows over three floors in our 150+ years old Victorian villa. You deal directly with Martin, the owner, when he measures up for a quote, and it's Martin and his small team who then turn up and fit them. Punctual, friendly, great problem solving skills. Can't recommend enough. Very polite andfriendly and punctual.

From our initial enquiry to complete installation of windows and front door Martin and the guys delivered the goods on time and to superb standards - We will definitely be using them again - highly recommended

        Five stars but deserve more! Fantastic customer service, professional and went the extra mile. Martin and his work colleagues were polite and helpful. The windows look superb and cannot fault any element of the fitting. I would recommend Dales windows to anyone!

        Excellent! I tried to do a DIY job and got lost with it, window out and rain pouring in. Within 20 mins help arrived and the window was back in at a bargain price.!
