I had the displeasure of a short dealing with Celsius. After a telephone conversation a day & time was arranged for their Rep to visit my property to discuss a extension. I waited over a hour after the scheduled time still noone turned up, I telephone the office explained am waiting for their Rep should of been here over a hour ago, i got reassured running late he is on his way to you now, waited another hour, still noone turned up, how disgustingly rude, no phone call from them nothing. Why lie say he was on his way when he wasn't, their Customer service is awful how difficult is it to just give me a curtesy call. I am now in process of dealing with another company who have been professional throughout,

If you want great customer care then DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! In 2021, after numerous issues with my composite door and my kitchen window, they came out quick about the window but it took them 2 months to replace my kitchen window pane. After I had threatened them with Trading Standards, they were out like a shot, and now one of the hinges on my french doors needs replacing. Contacted them on 24th November 2022 about it and they said it would be added to their snag list. We are now in January and they HAVE NOT contacted me yet, not even with a courtesy call or anything. It's only when you threaten them with something then they come out. Their after care is an absolute disgrace!! To me, they don't give a toss!!!! On the whole Celsius Home Improvements Ltd are a decent company, their fitters do a great job from start to finish. We have had a number of jobs completed by this company, firstly we had two composite doors fitted (front and back) they looked great and performed well to, that was until around May/June 2021 when the locking mechanism become faulty on the front door. I since contacted Celsius on numerous occasions about the fault and emailed pictures to assist. An employee visited on 8 June looked at the issue and went away, nothing more heard from Celsius so I rang again on 18 October and spoke to Lee who said an employee will call around next day which they did. The employee said thy would order a new locking mechanism. I waited a number of weeks due to COVID and delivery issues and spoke to Lee again on 9 November for an update, Lee told me that the locking mechanism was in stock, but they are awaiting the barrel, which should be in by this coming weekend and fitted. On 29 November I again rang Celsius to be told they are still awaiting the barrel and they would contact me once it arrives. Nearly seven months later I have given up making contact with them, it's such a shame as their workmanship is great, but aftercare is very poor indeed.
