        Ordered on the 14th January and still no parcel. Emailed them twice and no answer. Still none the wiser as to where my parcel is 12 days later. Took my money straight away but cant even reply to an email. If the products dont show by the weekend then Ill have to contact my bank to try and get my money back. Never again.

        My new go to business for Spanish cleaning products to stock my shop. Very reasonably priced, knowledgeable, the driver is friendly and knows the products he is delivering. Never had any issues.

        I ordered from this company in good faith (I usually use a different Spanish cleaning Co to be fair ) and now I know why !! Absolute incompetence at its finest . Ordered on 21/08 , not a huge order .. only 4 bottles of fabric conditioner to make sure the company were ok before placing a bigger order . Today is the 5/9 still no order ! I have emailed so many times with no reply . I did eventually get someone who told em they were out of the country (so a business stops when your out of the country) but assured me it would be posted on the bank holiday 29/8 !! Still nothing . A joke of a company !! Do not order from them
