For my wife and I, Phil was the only choice. He's shot countless family weddings and we couldn't imagine our big day without him being a part of it. We love his natural and candid style of photography. The photos we received captured our day perfectly. He's such a warm, friendly and easy-going person and we genuinely couldn't recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much for everything Phil and we're looking forward to the next time our paths cross again.

Phil was an absolute gem - the photos he delivered were a great blend of visual stunners and wonderful documentary-style shots of the day which we would never have seen otherwise. From the start, we had a great feeling about Phil. He was on the recommended suppliers list for our venue, Bamburgh Castle, so we trusted his professionalism immediately. We'd seen his portfolio on social media and loved his style, but the thing that made us book him was how reassuring and grounded he was on our first call with him. A few days out, we walked through timings and how the day would go. And again, Phil was understanding, patient and made us feel like we were in safe hands. Reliability was everything to us, because we needed to maintain a relaxed feeling on the day. Phil allowed plenty of time and was not only punctual but a little early, so we never had to wonder about him being in the right place on time. His communication was fantastic too. On the day, Phil captured all the big moments, but more importantly the quirky gestures, the sweet touches, the details and the drama. Part of the appeal of Phil's style is the way he focuses on the feeling of the wedding, not just the way it looks. We were so thankful for his creative eye, which helped us create some epic images. But we also have a lot of intimate and tender pictures in there too. Phil was discreet when it mattered, but also had a giggle with some of the guests. Overall, we were blown away with our wedding photos and pleased to have such a kind soul as our photographer on our special day. Our day was memorable enough already, but the memories Phil captured are priceless to us. Thank you for incredible work, Phil. We wouldn't do anything differently.

Phil's work is fantastic: beautiful and flattering, he really captured the personality of our wedding guests and ourselves, and was discreet. More than that though, Phil is just a really great person. It has been such a pleasure to work with him - it didn't really feel like work. He is a great laugh, very kind and generous with his time, and while he is very professional, his prices are very fair. We liked Phil so much that we got married twice, just to get to hang out with him again! Phil, thanks. You're ace. Rich & Alexandra

Couldn't recommend highly enough. Phil met with us a couple of times prior to the wedding to make sure we were comfortable, on the day he was a joy to have around (completely unintrusive but also supportive) and post wedding everything was delivered as described, on time and with great quality. The images we received were exactly what we requested - mainly documentary style and informal, with a few of the more traditional / formal style ones sprinkled in there too. Phil has since gone on to do other weddings for those in our family/friendship group as others were similarly impressed!
